Childcare Queensland primarily represents private long day childcare centre owners and operators.
 
However, the Association also welcomes the membership of other individuals, businesses and industry groups that provide services to the Childcare Industry.

  - Telephone support for industrial relations advice.
  - Provision of Awards/Amendments for the Child Care Industry Award-2003
and the Family Leave Award and additional Awards supplied to individual members at a heavily discounted fee.
  - Advocacy on behalf of Childcare Queensland in the State industrial
jurisdiction.
